I’ve worked as a professional makeup artist since 2000, both in my native Finland as well as internationally. Over two decades of dedicating my life to the industry and continuously educating myself have allowed me to grow into a seasoned professional – but I feel that every day, there’s still something more that I can learn.
I understand that from the buyer’s perspective, makeup is a part of a bigger picture where all parts must work well together, things need to happen on schedule and there is no room for unexpected issues. That is why I always come prepared and can feel confident that I can deliver exactly what has been requested.
Yet, my work is my passion and every project lights up that fire inside of me. I strongly believe that meaningful human interactions form the core of every creative project - through connecting with one another and understanding one another we can create something inherently beautiful and authentic.
In addition to my studio located in Finland, I regularly work for international projects and productions. I am well networked within the industry and lucky to have been taught or influenced by stars such as Pati Dubroff, Gregory Arl, Alex Box, Val Garland, Sam Fine and Tom Pecheux.
